Fix "Cannot obtain a server-assigned IP address" in Windows Mobile 6
Change the "EnableDHCP" registry key to "0", its located at:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Comm\RNDISFN1\Parms\TcpIp
Then do a soft-reset.
